The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ibom Power Company Limited, Engr. Etido Inyang has led the company’s Board and Management on a condolence visit to the family of Late Air Marshal Nsikak Eduok who died on 6th of January 2021.
Engr. Etido Inyang extolled the virtues of the late Air Marshal including his “outstanding performance when he emerged as the overall best student in the Basic Flying training course along with his Distinguished Service Star and the Meritorious Service Star Medals.
He noted that he had interactions with Late Air Marshal Nsikak Eduok who is reputed to be one of the best trained combat pilots the Nigerian Air Force has produced.
The Board Chairman stated that while Ibom power mourns with the family of the late Air Marshal, the company also condoles with one of its staff and son of the late Air Marshal Nsiskak Eduok, Mr. Anthony Eduok who is an Engineer at Ibom Power.
He urged the family to be consoled by the legacy of their late father’s landmark achievements as an Air Marshal who distinguished himself and live accordingly in honour of his memory.
Late Air Marshal Nsikak Eduok was born on 11th of July 1947. He is from Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State. He died on Wednesday, 6th January 2021 at the age of 73 and will be laid to rest on the 27th of February 2021.
